MIDHANI Apprentice Trainees Recruitment 2026 has been officially announced by MISHRA DHATU NIGAM LIMITED (MIDHANI), a Mini Ratna company under the Ministry of Defence. The recruitment drive aims to fill 43 vacancies for Graduate and Technician (Diploma) Apprentices. Eligible Engineering and Diploma graduates from the pass-out years 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 can apply for a one-year apprenticeship training program. Selection will be strictly based on academic merit, and interested candidates must submit their application forms before June 3, 2026.
A degree in engineering or technology granted by a recognized university or an Act of Parliament. Must have passed out in 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026.
Technician Apprentices
A Diploma in Engineering or technology granted by a State Council, Board of Technical Education, or recognized university. Must have passed out in 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026.

Stage 1: Merit List
The merit list is prepared based on the percentage of marks obtained in SSC (30% weightage) & Graduation / Diploma in Engineering (70% weightage).
Stage 2: Document Verification
Verification of original certificates including Age, Qualification, Category, Aadhar, and Police Verification.
Stage 3: Medical Fitness
Final selection will be subjected to medical fitness clearance.

Click on ‘Student Register’ and then ‘Enroll’ to complete your profile and generate a unique Enrollment Number.

Wait for verification from BOAT (SR), then log in and navigate to the ‘Establishment Request Menu’.
Step 4
Click ‘Find Establishment’, upload your resume, and choose ‘MISHRA DHATAU NIGAM LIMITED.’ from the search.

Click ‘apply’ and then ‘apply again’ to successfully register online.
Step 6
