Educational Qualification
Must possess a Bachelor’s degree from a University established by law in India (or equivalent).
Technical Qualification (English)
Must have: 1. English Shorthand speed: 100 words per minute. 2. English Typing speed: 40 words per minute (12000 key depressions per hour).
Preferential Qualification
Preference is given to candidates who know Hindi Shorthand (80 wpm) and Hindi Typing (9000 KDPH) and Computer knowledge.
