Step 3 Login using your PET-2025 Registration Number via OTP sent to your registered mobile/email. Step 4 Your basic details will auto-populate. Fill in your educational qualifications and select “Yes” for eligibility. Step 5 Verify the auto-fetched photo and signature from your PET-2025 profile. Step 6 Read the declaration, tick the checkbox, and pay the Rs. 25 processing fee via online modes. Step 7 After successful payment, download and take a printout of the final application form for future reference.
